Our Pine CC/DD Non-Structural Grade plywood is manufactured from the finest Pine Plantations (Renewable Source) in Brazil, utilizing premium quality Pine veneer in two specific grades “C” grade and “D” Grade.
“C” Grade veneer complies to the “C” grade veneer standard for Australia. (sanded and filled)
Non-permitted defects in “C” grade veneer:
- Unfilled holes, splits and open face joints.
- Bark, gum and resin pockets.
“D” Grade veneer complies to the “D” grade veneer standard for Australia (unsanded and unfilled)
Sheet size: 2400 x 1200
Glue Bond: “A” Bond “Phenolic” Black colour – 72 hour boil.
Thicknesses: 7mm (3 ply); 9mm(5 ply); 12mm(5 ply); 15mm(7 ply); 17mm(7 ply); 19mm(9 ply)
