Tongue & Groove Flooring
Our AS2269 certified structural plywood flooring has demonstrated to be both safe and reliable when used in commercial and industrial buildings, and is easily designed to resist the high loading criteria required by the building codes. Its resilience and strength have been utilised in storage decks, truck floors and flooring in sporting complexes and agricultural buildings. Plywood flooring systems are a cost effective alternative to suspended floors in such applications.
Structural plywood is supplied with square edges, however, it may be specified with a tongue and groove along the length of the panel. Based on full scale testing the plastic T&G joint has a design capacity of 7.5kN concentrated imposed (live) load.
In applications where the concentrated load is 7.5kN or less, the T&G joint eliminates the need for nogging. Please note panel end joints must be supported by a sub-floor member. For design concentrated loads exceeding 7.5kN the T&G joint must be supported by a designed nogging.

Kokoda F17 Tongue & Grove Hardwood (Super Floor) is manufactured from selected structural sound hardwood veneer with a “C” or “D” grade face and a “D” grade back (mixed coloured veneer).

F11 ECOply® T&G Pine Flooring
F11 ECOply Tongue and Groove Pine Flooring is a product of Carter Holt Harvey. The structural plywood is suitable for general structural flooring and construction uses requiring strength, stiffness and durability. It can be detailed to meet the requirements of the Building Code of Australia in relation to structure, durability, fire, moisture and energy efficiency.

F8 T&G AraucoPly® Pine Flooring
If looking for a clear finished Tongue & Groove pine flooring then AraucoPly® has sanded panels finished with 150-grit sandpaper on the face and 120-grit sandpaper on the back, facilitating easy finishing with excellent results. Made from 100% Radiata Pine with a stable composed core, minimum voids and a high quality face. AraucoPly is pre-sanded and ready to finish, perfect for interior and exterior applications.
